About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Email Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to join our technical operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Linux system administration and enterprise email environments, who can provide expert-level support and guidance to global clients. You will be responsible for managing email systems, cloud integrations, authentication protocols, and infrastructure components, ensuring secure and reliable communication across platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support and professional services to enterprise clients, primarily in US/UK regions.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems and ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage and support Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and G Suite environments.
• Implement and maintain email authentication protocols including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
• Work with Proofpoint and other email security solutions to safeguard enterprise communications.
• Handle protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, and HTTP(S), and apply knowledge of RFC 822 and Sendmail.
• Integrate and manage Directory Services like LDAP, Windows AD, and Azure AD.
• Support authentication mechanisms including SAML for secure access control.
• Troubleshoot and optimize networking components including TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, and overall topology.
• Contribute to production support environments, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.
• Develop automation scripts using Perl, Python, or Shell to streamline operations and support tasks.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services or technical support.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and enterprise email systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and G Suite.
• Deep understanding of email authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM).
• Familiarity with Proofpoint and other email security platforms.
• Solid grasp of Internet protocols (SMTP, IMAP, HTTP/S) and email standards (RFC 822, Sendmail).
• Experience with Directory Services (LDAP, Windows AD, Azure AD) and SAML authentication.
• Strong foundation in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in supporting international clients.
• Experience in production supports environments with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Scripting skills in Perl, Python, or Shell (preferred).
