  • Medical terminologies

  • US Visas / Basic contractual legislations

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Clearly understand & be familiar with the client requirements (Terminologies, Job roles & types)

  2. Ensure to prepare attractive Job Descriptions for the requirements

  3. Effectively utilize the Sourcing portals to post the Job Descriptions to attract candidates (Dice, Monster, etc.)

  4. Effectively Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking contractors

  5. Conduct thorough screening of profiles and have conversations and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit

  6. Ensure to provide a minimum required quality submissions for each requirements / Clients

  7. Coordinate with the AM to follow up on Interview schedules

  8. Build and maintain a strong rapport with the candidates for continued business requirements

  9. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future and immediate hiring needs

  10. Stay updated on healthcare trends and recruitment strategies

  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to hiring in the healthcare sector

  12. Verify the applicants candidature against the applicable laws and client requirements with accuracy and speed
