We are looking for a Physical Marketing Executive who will actively drive patient acquisition for The Life Plus Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for visiting nearby clinics, doctors, hospitals, and general practitioners across Bangalore to build referral relationships and ensure a consistent flow of new patients to our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate daily patient referrals through strong networking with clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers.
  • Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and general practitioners to increase patient inflow.
  • Promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities effectively to external healthcare professionals.
  • Organize regular visits, distribute marketing material, and track lead conversions.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and tie-ups with local clinics.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily visits, patient leads, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly patient acquisition targets set by the hospital management.
  • Report progress and performance regularly to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or medical representative roles.
  • Proven ability to generate patient leads and achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
  • Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about healthcare growth.
