Job description:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our market presence and drive significant revenue growth, focusing on clients who need cutting-edge digital marketing and local search solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with upcoming and existing clients via emails or telephone calls.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Reviewing sales/ business performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.
- Timely response to incoming calls/emails and taking proper follow-up.
- Maintaining the proper client data on a day to day basis.
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience in Business Development
- Willing to work with the sales department
- Nurturing relationships with clients
- Should have relevant experience in IT and Software related field
- Communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Tracking business performance
