Shift: General Shift – 7 hours/day

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Law (Mandatory)

  • LL.M. in Law (Mandatory)

  • Experience: Prior teaching and research experience as per UGC norms for Associate Professors

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude with flexibility and a student-centric approach
  • Research-oriented mindset

Job Description:

  • Teach core and elective law courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures aligned with curriculum objectives
  • Conduct academic and personal mentorship of students
  • Evaluate and assess students' academic work and progress
  • Handle invigilation duties during examinations
  • Participate in staff and departmental meetings
  • Manage academic and general administrative responsibilities
  • Guide Ph.D. scholars and supervise research activities
  • Write and publish research papers, articles, and academic publications
  • Contribute to writing research proposals and securing research funding
  • Represent the university in academic seminars, conferences, and workshops
  • Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by university leadership
