Position Title: Training and Placement Officer

Organization: ITM University, Raipur

Job Location: Uparwara Gaon, Atal Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Transport: Pickup & Drop Bus Service Available

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Last Saturday of the month is off)

General Shift: 7 Hours per Day

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess an MBA Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have a positive attitude, be flexible, and able to multitask
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Role Description:

  • Coordinate all placement-related activities including campus placement drives, corporate tie-ups, and career guidance sessions
  • Organize soft skills and pre-placement training programs for students
  • Manage internship and final placement processes for students from various disciplines
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with HR and senior managers from top companies across sectors
  • Initiate and drive corporate partnerships for manpower needs, training programs, research, and consultancy projects
  • Collect feedback from corporate partners on student performance during internships, projects, and placements
  • Oversee and support the student placement committee to ensure smooth execution of campus recruitment
  • Track placement metrics and provide regular updates to management
