EdTech Sales Associate

Saarathee is hiring EdTech Sales Associates for our upcoming STEMplify process. We proudly promote workplace diversity and actively hire persons with disabilities (PWDs). This is a remote, calling-based role where you will reach out to students and their parents to promote educational courses.
Essential Job Functions:
Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote STEMplify courses.
Explain course benefits and identify the right fit based on student needs.
Use CRM software to manage leads, calls, and follow-ups efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain clear and accurate call records and status updates.
Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and student engagement.
Qualification:
- Higher Secondary
Nice-To-Haves:
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
Prior experience in Ed Tech Sales or Academic Counselling is a plus
