Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive with a technical background to support our daily operations, manage documentation, and coordinate between our office, clients, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and statutory compliance documents
- Coordinate with IOCL, BPCL, and other clients for approvals and reports
- Assist in handling manpower/labour documentation and attendance records
- Support transport operations with vehicle documentation, permits, and scheduling
- Work closely with technical staff to ensure smooth plant/transport operations
- Handle general office administration and vendor communication
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (technical background preferred: Mechanical / Electrical / Petroleum / Logistics)
- 2–5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle field coordination and office tasks efficiently

As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
