Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Bar Operations: Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks. Monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure the quality of beverages served.
  • Compliance: Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and health regulations, ensuring the bar operates within legal guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, monitor sales, and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
