Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Consultant at Bajaj Life Insurance, located in Bengaluru. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for assessing client needs, providing financial and insurance advice, recommending suitable life insurance products, and assisting clients in securing coverage. Additional responsibilities include fostering client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales and advisory targets in alignment with company goals. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements and delivering customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in insurance and finance, with a strong understanding of life insurance policies and financial planning.
  • Experience in consulting and providing advisory services to clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective client interactions.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of the financial services industry are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools for client management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
