The Role
As a IT Service Desk Analyst based in Hyderabad, India, you will be managing and troubleshooting the IT incidents, providing remote support, and communicating effectively with internal customers and leadership, requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management
- IT Troubleshooting
- Remote IT support
- Communication with our internal customers regarding requests, incidents, problems, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with end users in all stages of the incident management process.
- Communicating with the direct leadership chain on intra-day issues, team project needs, escalations, and performance trending.
- Keep up to date knowledge on continuous enhancements to IT, tools, and processes within the internal knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of Experience in IT Service Desk Team (1st and 2nd level)
- Technical skills for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft365, Windows Clients, Citrix, and general network & firewall skills.
- In-Depth knowledge of troubleshooting.
- Prioritization and time management.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Effective in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to retain information and be a fast learner.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Attention to detailing.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Must be open to feedback.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Analytical, systematic, conceptual way of working and thinking.
