Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer at Sunpin Energy, located in New Delhi. The Solar Site Engineer will oversee the day-to-day operations at assigned project sites, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site construction activities, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural and civil engineering requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience with on-site construction monitoring and supervision within solar power or related projects
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards
  • Knowledge in solar and renewable energy projects
  • Background in Electrical or mechanical engineering with the ability to assess and address site-specific challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems, renewable energy standards, and relevant regulations is a plus
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
