About the Role

Anemone Vinkel is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Manager to oversee our stock management, ensure smooth flow of materials, and maintain accurate records for our fashion collections.

You'll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing stock, coordinating with the production and sales teams, and maintaining overall inventory efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports daily.
  • Track inward and outward movement of goods, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data.
  • Coordinate with vendors, production, and sales teams for timely stock movement.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages promptly.
  • Ensure organized storage and labeling of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Generate purchase and dispatch reports as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the inventory area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management (fashion/apparel background preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
