Role & responsibilities

  • Inventory Management & Coordination
  • Oversee and manage stock levels across 10 retail outlets and the Timmapur warehouse.
  • ERP System Management
  • Maintain accurate and real-time inventory data in the ERP system.
  • Record all transactions including GRNs, inter-store transfers, sales, and consumption.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Billing & Cancellation Management
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and billing modifications.
  • Coordinate review meetings with platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and Instamart.
  • Compliance & Documentation

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, ERP handling, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, billing, and inventory control processes.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart) preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during audits.
  • Candidates should be from retail background.
