The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC. Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory needs for raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure continuous supply and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and inventory planning, ideally within a nutraceuticals or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems (ERP systems) and warehouse management software.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations for handling nutraceutical products.
