Job Summary :
Emerson is seeking a talented and innovative IA business analyst in process automation role to join our dynamic team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with team members on software development projects.
• Assist in building applications and solutions using PowerApps.
• Work on automation tasks and solutions using Robocorp.
• Participate in team discussions to understand product requirements and contribute to design solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of development strategies and processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Develop and maintain robust automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Robocorp.
• Design and implement data analysis and visualization tools using Power BI to support strategic decision-making across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for process improvement.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from various databases.
• Utilize Python programming for scripting and advanced data manipulation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Robocorp, and Python.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in automation and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
