Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a telesales executive who will talk to customers over the phone to explain our products, generate leads, and close sales. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with interested customers, and maintaining good relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products/services in a simple and convincing way.
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English (any regional language is a plus).
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to convince customers and handle rejections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, CRM preferred).
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based job.
  • Calling customers for most of the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
