Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative for the E-Commerce process is responsible for communicating and interpreting customers needs, delivering professional, courteous, and quality service before, during, and after customer interaction across various channels, depending on account-specific operations. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all customer-related information.
