Sales Trainer Real Estate

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Trainer with a focus on the real estate sector. A real estate Sales Trainer develops and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of a company's sales team. The candidate has excellent public speaking skills, strong stage presence, and the ability to handle live, and sometimes unpredictable, situations with professionalism and charm.

Job Location: Noida, Sector 90
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs: Design and deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills for both new and existing sales staff. Design and coordinate staff training programs based on organizational and employees needs.
- Assess Performance: Evaluate the performance of the sales team to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide Coaching / Training: Offer one-on-one and group coaching or training to help individuals and teams improve their sales performance. Analyze training needs to ensure objectives and goals of the organization and work are met.
- Create Materials: Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, lesson plans, and online resources.
- Monitor and Evaluate Results: Track key metrics and provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Coordinate follow-up and evaluations with employees to assure new skills and techniques have successfully been implemented on the job.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; evaluation involves using such methods as surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, then using the results to plan future training process or to amend existing ones.
- Provide career development sessions for existing staff and conduct induction sessions for new employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Sales experience: A strong background in sales is crucial to effectively train others. Real Estate sales or training experience will be a plus.
- Training and facilitation skills: Ability to design and lead engaging training sessions.
- Analytical skills: Capable of analyzing performance data to identify needs and measure success.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback.
- Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the company's products and the relevant market.
What the Job Entails
- Working closely with Sales Managers or Team Leaders to align training with business objectives.
- Using various methods for training, including workshops, presentations, and technology-supported programs.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest sales methodologies and industry trends.
- Sometimes managing a budget or schedule for training activities.
