Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements in line with UK/US GAAP standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit guidelines.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and general ledger entries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (UK/US GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ZOHO).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
