Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Candidates can either be fresher or have relevant experience of 1-2 years. 
Work location: Wanowrie in Pune ( training one month at Viman nagar location)
Skills Required: Good Communication skill in English

Roles & Responsibilities:
Telesales calling profile to bank customers & explain bank loan process.
Good communication skill in Marathi, Hindi. Understand English.
Provide Customer support, resolve queries.
carry out cross-selling of the products identified for the customers. 
Service customers on their Banking related enquiries
Make outbound call to customers enquiring about their interest in Loan product or process related information.
Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.

CTC to be offered: Rs gross per month plus lucrative incentives on cross-selling.
Timings: General shift pattern starting at 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
