Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and
  • offboarding.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition activities such as job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding programs, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organisation.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and labour laws.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals and goal-setting.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to improve retention, motivation, and job satisfaction.
