Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South East Delhi for an Associate at TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with various digital projects, supporting customer engagement initiatives, maintaining CRM systems, and handling customer interactions across different contact channels. They will work closely with team members from different departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Heroku
  • Proficiency in digital engagement tools, including chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, and SMS
  • Strong technical skills with exposure to platforms like Ionic and MuleSoft
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
