We're looking for a
Cluster Manager - Growth
based in
Kanpur
who can lead the charge on merchant and driver acquisition, drive innovative growth strategies, and build scalable systems that fuel our expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive
    merchant onboarding
    in and around Kanpur.
  • Develop and execute
    local growth strategies
    to increase platform activity and user base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and operational campaigns.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners and field teams.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate from a
    Tier 1 colleges
    preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in
    growth, marketing, business development
    , or similar roles.
  • Hands-on attitude — you're not afraid to get on the ground and make things happen.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Past FMCG experience is a bonus.
  • Experience of consumer internet business.
