Job Description

What You'll Do

- Drive merchant onboarding across assigned clusters.
- Design and execute local growth strategies to increase platform activity and user base.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to run field campaigns and remove bottlenecks.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and field reps.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and growth metrics.
- Lead and coach a small field team within the cluster.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate
- 34+ years in growth/marketing/business development or similar field roles.
- Handson, onground operator; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Datadriven mindset with ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.
- Experience in consumer internet; past FMCG exposure is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi; familiarity with U.P. market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the cluster; ability to manage field teams.
