We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to manage IT infrastructure, system security, and technical support to keep our operations running smoothly.

Your Role:

As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT systems, networks, and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Ensure data security, backups, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Manage ERP, database, and cloud-based applications used in
  • Implement and monitor system upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT
  • Maintain IT documentation, licensing, and asset inventory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in IT support, system administration, or network management, preferably in pharmaceuticals/cosmetics/OTC manufacturing or corporate environments.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of network security, troubleshooting, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity tools, and database management.
