Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Retail Design Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain real-world experience, develop hands-on skills, and grow in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

Good For Construction (GFC) drawings under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

• Convert initial design sketches into precise technical drawings.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and project documentation.
• Support the team in presentations, client communication, and concept development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Yes, freshers are welcome)
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; able to produce detailed technical drawings.
• Experience with retail design projects is a bonus.
• Familiarity with tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or rendering software is advantageous.
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a passion for design.

Software Proficiency

• Mandatory: AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Rendering Software, BIM
