Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business cultures in India and Southeast Asia and will be responsible for driving sales of our ship chandelling products and services. You will identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the India and Southeast Asia markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assess customer needs and provide effective problem-solving.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote and sell the company's full range of ship chandelling products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, relevant engineering field (e.g., marine, mechanical), marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Prior experience in the maritime industry or ship chandelling is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of Indian and Southeast Asian business cultures.
