We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD development and maintenance, as well as operations management. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working with DevOps using Azure, Python, CI/CD, AWS, Jenkins, GitLab.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Python, PowerShell and CI/CD tools.
  • Operational Skills: Proven experience in incident management, problem management, release management, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on Jenkins and GitLab tools.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using Python, PowerShell to automate various operational tasks and processes
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize infrastructure for better performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Handle and resolve incidents promptly, identify root causes of recurring issues, manage the release of new features and updates, provide support during incidents (including debugging and troubleshooting), and act as a liaison between the Product Owner (PO), development team, and frontline team to ensure clear and effective communication.

SkillsMust Have

  • Experience in .net, C# and reactJS
  • System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize infrastructure for better performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Experience in monitoring development using AWS services
