Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our BPO operations team. This role is key to driving engagement, performance, and employee experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to build a culture of trust, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and operations leaders to understand team dynamics and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and engagement to retention and growth.
  • Act as the
    primary HR point of contact
    for BPO employees, addressing queries, grievances, and escalations effectively.
  • Support managers with performance management, goal setting, and feedback discussions.
  • Analyze attrition and workforce trends to design targeted
    retention interventions
    and people initiatives.
  • Design and execute
    employee engagement initiatives
    , R&R programs, and team events to foster motivation and belonging.
  • Support
    onboarding and role readiness
    for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Promote company culture, policies, and compliance awareness across all levels of the BPO function.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and implementation of HR programs.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of HR experience, with at least
    2+ years as an HRBP
    in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, R&R, onboarding, and people operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and recommend actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
