Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our BPO operations team. This role is key to driving engagement, performance, and employee experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to build a culture of trust, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and operations leaders to understand team dynamics and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and engagement to retention and growth.
- Act as the
primary HR point of contact
for BPO employees, addressing queries, grievances, and escalations effectively. - Support managers with performance management, goal setting, and feedback discussions.
- Analyze attrition and workforce trends to design targeted
retention interventions
and people initiatives. - Design and execute
employee engagement initiatives
, R&R programs, and team events to foster motivation and belonging. - Support
onboarding and role readiness
for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. - Promote company culture, policies, and compliance awareness across all levels of the BPO function.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and implementation of HR programs.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Experience:
3–5 years of HR experience, with at least
2+ years as an HRBP
in a BPO or contact center environment. - Proven experience in employee engagement, R&R, onboarding, and people operations.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and recommend actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
