Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, youll collaborate with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable HR strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing performance, managing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and design HR interventions that support business growth.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development discussions, and career progression.
  • Provide data-driven insights on attrition, productivity, and workforce trends to support decision making.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the other teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to identify high performers and facilitate their development and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws while maintaining a positive and transparent work environment.
  • Support in organizational change management and communication initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:


• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.


• 36 years of HRBP experience, preferably in sales, operations, or tech-driven setups.


• Experience handling employee relations and business partnering for mid-to-large teams.
