Job Title: HR Associate – The Leela (Equinox Corporate Office)
Location: Equinox Corporate Office, Mumbai

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support The Leela's HR team at our Equinox Corporate Office. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Excel and possess excellent spoken communication skills. This role demands strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the HR department.
- Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and employee records using MS Excel.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management review.
- Assist in HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and coordination with team members across locations.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including employees, management, and external partners.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR or Commerce).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS or database management tools is desirable.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
