Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive who can drive end-to-end recruitment with speed, structure, and reliability. The role is centred on continuous hiring, maintaining a ready pipeline of candidates, and ensuring the organisation is never short of manpower. This position is critical to supporting our growth and keeping project and office teams adequately staffed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage manpower requirements across departments and ensure timely
    fulfilment.
  • Source candidates proactively through job portals, referrals, field
    networks, and social platforms.
  • Conduct daily screening calls and in-person interviews.
  • Maintain a strong bench of pre-identified candidates for recurring roles.
  • Line up interviews for department heads and ensure quick closure of open positions.
  • Track candidate movement from sourcing to joining with complete follow-through.

Manpower Readiness:

  • Ensure backup candidates are available for all critical roles.
  • Maintain a live database of "ready-to-join" candidates for frequent hiring.
  • Anticipate manpower needs by coordinating regularly with project and office teams.

Documentation & Records:

  • Collect and maintain essential candidate documents.
  • Maintain updated hiring records and basic HR files in an organised manner.

Qualifications and must haves:

  • Graduate in any discipline; HR experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Ability to work with urgency, handle volume, and manage multiple requirements.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to maintain follow-through without reminders.
