Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently. You will represent the company's values and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle visitor entry, registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain records, files, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day operations.
- Manage courier services (incoming and outgoing).
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement when needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email handling).
- Pleasant personality with good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
- Maximum age: 30 years.

- Quick learner and adaptable.
- Good team spirit and positive mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
