Simplify Socials is a growing social media agency helping brands with influencer marketing and building a strong and impactful presence online through creative content, strategy, and engagement. We manage social media for brands and professionals across multiple industries, offering end-to-end solutions from strategy to execution.

We are looking for a
passionate and creative Social Media Management Intern
to join our in-office team in Noida. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn everything about managing multiple brands, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Intern, you will:

  • Manage social media accounts for
    Simplify Socials
    and its
    clients
    across platforms such as
    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Assist in
    creating and executing content strategies
    for different brands.
  • Create and publish
    Instagram Reels, Carousels, and Static Posts
    , and write engaging
    LinkedIn content
    for both brands and founders.
  • Support in
    video editing, reel editing, and graphic creation
    using tools like
    Canva.
  • Maintain and manage the
    content calendar
    and schedule posts across platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help grow brand visibility organically.
  • Assist in
    managing the co-founders' LinkedIn profiles
    and content posting.
  • Track performance metrics and brainstorm creative ideas for better engagement and growth.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students or recent graduates with a strong interest in
    social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Must have a
    functional personal laptop
    and be comfortable working from the office (Noida).
  • Should have a
    working knowledge of Canva and ChatGPT
  • that's essential for this role.
  • Should be
    creative, proactive, and eager to learn
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have good written communication skills and an eye for design.

Selection Process:

  1. Assignment Round:
    Shortlisted candidates will be given a short assignment to assess their skills and creativity.
  2. In-Office Interview:
    Selected candidates from the assignment round will be invited for an interview at our Noida office.
  3. Final Selection & Joining.

Additional Information:

  • This is a
    full-time, in-office internship
    in
    Noida.
  • Candidates must bring their own laptop.

Please note: This is a paid internship, and the stipend will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates after the interview round.
