Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside sales Executive - Back Office (Female) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching products/services to customers and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads and pitch products/services to customers over the phone

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries

  • Update customer data in CRM software

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

  • Identify new business opportunities and pitch products/services to potential customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, tele-calling, or back-office roles
  • Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
  • Ability to understand basic technical details related to transformers (training will be provided)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
