Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Manage the planning team to ensure effective delivery of planning and scheduling services.
  • Analyze and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Ensure alignment of planning strategies with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on progress, risks, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Identify planning risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of planning policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Evaluate and implement planning software/tools as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a planning or project management role.
  • Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Strong proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B Tech/ M Tech./ Diploma (Civil Engineering)
  • Planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems Preferred Experience:
  • Industry-specific experience -Minimum 10 years High rise builders Compulsory
