Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
FP&A Analyst
to independently lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function. The selected candidate will work closely with the
CFO
, managing financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities, including variance analysis
  • Track, analyze, and present key KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial insights
  • Support the CFO in strategic business planning
  • Automate recurring reports and processes where possible
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of FP&A experience
    , preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert-level Excel skills
    (macros, scenario modelling)
  • Strong knowledge of
    QuickBooks Online
  • Experience in
    SaaS/subscription metrics
    (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ARPU)
  • Preferred:
    Power BI, Power Query
  • Desirable: Basic scripting using
    Python, SQL, or VBA
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools/software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
