Position: ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Contract

Work Mode: Onsite

Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune | Chennai | Coimbatore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Planning & Strategy Alignment

Manage and align portfolios with organizational strategies and objectives.

Prioritize initiatives based on business value, capacity, and dependencies.

Ensure visibility into demand, investments, and performance metrics.

Demand & Resource Management

Capture, assess, and prioritize business demands.

Plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects and programs.

Monitor resource utilization and proactively resolve conflicts.

Project & Program Management

Oversee project execution using ServiceNow SPM modules.

Track milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery within scope.

Generate and review project status reports and dashboards for leadership.

Financial Planning & Cost Management

Maintain financial visibility across all initiatives.

Manage budgets, actuals, and forecast costs within ServiceNow SPM.

Support ROI and benefit realization tracking.

Roadmap & Performance Tracking

Develop and maintain roadmaps for strategic initiatives.

Define KPIs and leverage analytics to measure portfolio health.

Recommend course corrections based on insights and performance data.

System Administration & Continuous Improvement

Configure and maintain ServiceNow SPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio).

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows and automation.

Integrate with ITBM/ITSM processes for seamless delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Expertise in Demand, Resource, Project, and Portfolio modules.

Strong experience in portfolio planning, financial management, and reporting.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow SPM Certification preferred.
