Position Overview

We are hiring an
Immigration Specialist
for our Andheri East, Mumbai office (full-time, onsite role). Only candidates currently based in
Mumbai
will be considered.

The ideal candidate should be
detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
, with experience in handling
visa applications.
The role involves managing d
ocumentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely
and
accurate
processing of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    visa applications, including online form filling, document collection, drafting
    , and
    data verification.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure
    smooth, accurate,
    and
    timely
    processing of applications.
  • Manage
    and
    organize
    client folders, files, and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and easy accessibility.
  • Perform
    general
    and
    administrative tasks
    related to visa processing by ensuring that all client records are
    accurate
    , updated, and
    compliant
    with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support the
    operation
    s and
    overall business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A graduate degree is
    mandatory.
  • Minimum
    2 years
    of experience in a
    visa, immigration, or migration services
    company.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills
    with the
    ability to interact professionally
    with clients.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills
    , with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with
    compliance regulations, documentation standards,
    and
    visa-related protocols.
