This is an entry-level role ideal for someone just starting out in HR/recruitment. He/She will work closely with our recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand open roles and required qualifications.
- Source potential candidates by posting jobs online, searching resume databases, networking, etc.
- Screen applicant resumes and select qualified candidates to move forward.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess applicants' skills and fit.
- Manage and organize candidate information and status throughout the pipeline.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to identify talent.
- Provide administrative support to Regional HR SPOC's as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient with MS Office and HR systems/software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
