Job Description – HR Recruiter
Position: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing & CV Search
Search CVs on various job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source candidates through social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Job Posting & Advertisement
Post jobs on different portals and platforms.
Prepare attractive job descriptions and advertisements.
3. Calling & Screening
Make at least 80 successful calls daily.
Conduct initial screening of candidates and match their skills/experience with job requirements.
4. Shortlisting Candidates
Shortlist eligible candidates.
Share shortlisted profiles with client companies.
5. Client Handling & Business Development
Approach companies and convince them for recruitment services.
Get agreements signed with clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates.
6. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with both candidates and companies during the interview process.
7. Offer & Joining
Convince candidates on offers and salary negotiations.
Ensure successful joining in the client organization.
8. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain candidate and client databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
9. Other HR & Recruitment Activities
Manage employee referral programs.
Research industry hiring trends and patterns.
Support company branding and HR events.
Requirements
Graduation / MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
2–10 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
Experience in job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Target-oriented and result-driven.
