Role snapshot

This role is about winning government business, not just filing forms. Youll own end-to-end tender execution across PSUs, with a strong grip on GeM and compliance-heavy tenders in oil & gas.

What you'll do

  • Identify and track B2G / PSU tenders relevant to industrial rubber hoses
  • Handle complete tender lifecycle: EOI, RFQ, RFP, bid submission, revisions, and follow-ups
  • Manage GeM portal activities: product listing, bid participation, BOQs, reverse auctions
  • Coordinate with internal teams on specs, drawings, certifications, pricing, and timelines
  • Ensure strict compliance with PSU norms, technical eligibility, and commercial clauses
  • Maintain tender MIS, documentation, and post-bid clarifications
  • Support negotiations, LOI stages, and order finalisation when required

What we're looking for

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PSU / B2G tendering
  • Strong working knowledge of GeM portal (this is non-negotiable)
  • Prior exposure to ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL or similar oil & gas PSUs preferred
  • Comfort with technical products: industrial hoses, rubber, mechanical or engineering items
  • Sharp eye for documentation, deadlines, and compliance risks
  • Calm under pressure. Tenders wait for no one.
