Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Assess client needs, provide information on various visa options (e.g., study, visitor, permanent residency), and offer tailored career or immigration strategies.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in gathering, preparing, and verifying all necessary documents for their visa applications.
  • Application Process: Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients, and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current immigration laws, policies, and procedures for various countries.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries, provide updates on application status, and offer guidance on interview preparation.
  • Coordination: Act as a point of contact with embassies and consulates to facilitate visa processing.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, application progress, and personal data.
