Job Title: Business Development Manager – Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Location: Chennai
Experience Required:5+ Years (Recruitment & Consulting Background)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Qualification: Any UG / PG Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment space (IT & Non-IT).
Build strong client relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and decision-makers to understand their hiring needs.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver quality talent solutions aligned with client requirements.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Ensure consistent client communication and satisfaction to promote repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry best practices to stay ahead in the consulting space.
Work closely with leadership to align BD goals with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment business development (IT & Non-IT), preferably in a consulting firm.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client engagement, and delivery coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to both domestic and international recruitment markets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Networking and relationship-building skills across various industry domains.
