Position: Outsource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage outsourcing vendors for fabrication, machining, assembly, and related activities.
  • Plan and allocate outsourcing jobs in alignment with production schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of outsourced materials/components.
  • Ensure outsourced products meet company quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Design, Quality) for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain outsourcing records, vendor databases, and cost tracking.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, rejections, or discrepancies with outsourced work.
  • Prepare regular reports on outsourcing status, costs, and vendor performance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing/vendor coordination in a machinery manufacturing/engineering company.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vendors simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
