**Job Description**:
**Role Detail**: As Outsourcing and Subcontracting Buyer**
- To initiate, prepare and process documents for FIM movement to vendor, Monthly contractor/vendor invoice processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare FIM pick slip in SAP.
- To raise transport request for to & fro raw material and FG material movement from vendor works.
- To prepare returnable GP & delivery challan for sending material to vendor works.
- To take monthly raw material verification report at vendor works.
- To prepare scrap sale order based in SAP on approved FIM accounting sheet for each vendor.
- Troubleshooting
- Coordination of safety induction training for subcontract labor
- Coordination with F&A for document processing
- Preparation of component CAD component drawing
- Preparation of nest plan to derive raw material consumption for each PO
