**Job Title**: Junior Merchandiser - Garment Division
**Location**: Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the senior merchandiser in day-to-day merchandising operations.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, and sampling teams for order execution.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production status.
- Maintain order files, T&A (Time & Action) calendar, and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate with fabric and accessory suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods as per buyer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Packing).
- Handle quality checks in coordination with the QC team.
- Support in cost negotiation and order finalization when required.
- Regularly visit factory floor to monitor production progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion, Textile, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garment manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills in **Gujarati and Hindi**; basic English preferred.
- Knowledge of fabric types, trims, garment construction, and production process.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
