We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT industry thorough understanding of digital marketing and branding solutions, IT solutions, B2B/B2C sales, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships—especially within the IT and tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT AI solutions, Digital marketing and branding service sectors.
- Lead the end-to-end B2B and B2C sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Promote IT solutions to meet specific client challenges and industry needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, technical presentations, and solution demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
- Strategize and execute go-to-market plans for branding and digital outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT or tech-related sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
- Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales, especially in enterprise or startup environments.
- Must have leadership skills with problem solving attitude and structure building around team training and management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of branding strategies, digital outreach, and market positioning is an added advantage.
