Vaince Cosmetics Private Limited is a leading private labeling and contract manufacturing expert, providing comprehensive manufacturing support to brand owners, FMCG giants, and start-ups. From ideation to execution, we assist in product shortlisting, packaging development, formulation, FDA and FSSAI registrations, sample creation, and final manufacturing. With over 10,000 formulations produced across five factories in India, we ensure quality and cost optimization. Our manufacturing facilities are located in Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi MIDC (Maharashtra), Solan (Himachal Pradesh), and Hyderabad, focusing on sectors like cosmetics, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, wellness, and hygiene.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, customer service, and training. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing the sales team. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and attending trade shows and events to promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the cosmetics or wellness industry is a plus
